Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and ("Service Provider") regarding your use of the software as a service ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Service.

Description of Service is a software as a service platform that provides tools and resources for sales management and customer relationship management. The Service includes access to the software, updates, and support. The monthly cost for the Service is $497, payable in advance.

Billing and Payment

Customer agrees to pay the monthly fee of $497 to the Service Provider for the use of the Service. Payment is due in advance and shall be made by the Customer using the designated payment method provided by the Service Provider. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of non-payment.

No Refunds

All payments made to the Service Provider are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it is considered fully earned and non-refundable, regardless of whether the Customer continues to use the Service.

Cancellation Policy

Customer may cancel their subscription to the Service by providing at least 14 days' notice prior to the next billing date. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the Customer being billed for the subsequent month. The cancellation notice must be sent in writing to the Service Provider's designated contact email address.


The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service and Customer's access to it, with or without cause, at any time and without prior notice. In the event of termination, Customer will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation for any unused portion of the subscription period.

Intellectual Property

The Service and all associated content, including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are the property of the Service Provider and are protected by intellectual property laws. Customer agrees not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service or any part thereof without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Service. The Service Provider's total liability under this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer to the Service Provider for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.


Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Service Provider harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to Customer's use of the Service or any violation of this Agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service Provider is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.


The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time by providing notice to the Customer. The Customer's continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and the Service Provider regarding the use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
